Certified Residential Specialist – The "Ph.D." of Residential Real Estate

In the world of medicine, there are specialists in most every field – hearing specialists, orthopedic specialists; the list goes on and on. The reason is simple. When confronted with something as important as medical care, people like to consult with the top experts in the field.

In the world of residential real estate, those experts are called Certified Residential Specialists (CRS).

The CRS Designation was created by the Residential Sales Council of the National Association of REALTORS to provide homebuyers and sellers with an easy way to identify the top REALTORS in America. Only the top five percent of all REALTORS in the county are CRS’s.
