When you sign a Buyer Representation Agreement with us, if you are not completely satisfied with our services, we will release you from the Buyer Representation Agreement at any time before you purchase a home...No Questions Asked.
HOME FINDER SERVICE
With our free Home Finder Service you get the information you want with no pressure. Here’s how it works. First, you tell me exactly what you want. Then everyday, I will search through every home listed by every real estate company in Southeastern Minnesota Multiple Listing System. My computer automatically matches only the homes that meet your specifications and prints these listings for you. We then mail, fax, email or call these listings to you, at your choice, every day, three times a week, or once a week. It’s your preference.

My Home Finder Computer System software has direct access to the Multiple Listing Service mainframe computers. You’ll know about new listings the same day they are entered into the Multiple Listing Service (often at least 4 days before other buyers know about these homes – and normally a week or more before these homes are advertised or held open).
No matter what style of home you want, we will find it for you if it is available. You will learn about the best new "hot" listings before other buyers. You Decide Which Homes You Want To See – At YOUR Convenience
We will provide you with information on every home available meeting your specifications. You obtain all the facts you need. You see exactly what is available for sale. You may study the listings at your leisure and drive by them as you wish. We won’t try to pressure you into looking at a listing. When you see something you like, tell me. Then, I will make private showing arrangements, at your convenience, to see any home in the Rochester area listed by any real estate company.
WE HANDLE ALL THE DETAILS
Helping you find the right home, writing the purchase agreement, assisting in financing, arranging the home inspection and attending the closing with you, are all services that you can expect from the Frank Armstrong Team.
ALL OF OUR SERVICES ARE FREE
All of our services are free. The seller pays my fees realtor listed properties if you buy a home. If you look at homes for a while and decide not to buy, that’s fine. There is never any pressure or obligation to buy…EVER.
